About this project

This consulting project in the defense sector, based in Bremen, Germany, focused on analyzing development processes for complex C3 systems. Tasks included conducting interviews with team members and internal process customers, identifying potential for improvement and deviations from recommended procedures such as IEC 61508. The results were presented and discussed with the responsible organizational units, and all findings were documented in a clear and structured manner.
